    A report comparing your data to our most recent report will be available after we have reviewed your data submission. Reports are updated annually in February. NB: This is our first data collection cycle, reports will be available in the 2nd quarter of 2026.

    In our first year you will receive a complimentary summary report.

The data is incorporated in databases which only provide statistical reports and analysis to members based on groups of market data.  This applies to all our surveys.

  • A sophisticated methodology delivering meaningful results, even where specific data is scarce.

  • Unlike other surveys, a unique market benchmark “fair fee” level is provided by BFR for each member organisation for each position (e.g. NED, Chair).  Other surveys provide multiple pages of results and require you to select or estimate a fair fee level, which can be contradictory or widely dispersed.

insightpay  has been conducting remuneration surveys and providing related consulting advice to Australian organisations for over 30 years.

The Board Fees Report has been established to introduce new methodologies to benchmarking and surveying of NED fees, especially for sectors which do not have compulsory reporting.

Our consultants and analysts have decades of experience as senior remuneration professionals in some of Australia’s largest organisations. We have been in your position, trying to bring accurate and reliable data to decision makers.

Our multi-factor system has provided pay benchmark data for thousands of roles over more than 30 years.

  • When you register, we will ask you to tell us a little bit about your organisation.

    Then when you submit data, you will need to enter the pay details of your board members.

  • Registering will only take a few minutes.

    When you submit data, it takes less than a minute per board member - assuming you have the data to hand .

  • Most reports will be available the day after you have submitted your data and paid your invoice.

    Because this is our first data collection cycle data will be available 2nd quarter 2026. You will receive a complimentary summary report in the first year and may purchase a more comprehensive report if you wish
